Infection control in our office is also very important to us. To protect our patients and ourselves, we strictly maintain sterilization and cross contamination processes using standards recommended by the American Dental Association (ADA), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and the Center for Disease Control (CDC).

Patient Safety
To protect our patients and ourselves, our staff wear masks, gloves, glasses, as well as hospital scrub uniforms. We strictly observe all Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines. All instruments are cleaned, disinfected and routinely sterilized as recommended by the American Dental Association and the Centers for Disease Control. Whenever possible, disposable single use items are used to ensure your safety. Handpieces (drills) are sterilized with a state-of-the-art sterilization unit specifically designed for this purpose. All surfaces in the treatment rooms are cleaned and disinfected after each patient.

Office Hours
Our office is open Monday thru Saturday with hours that can accomodate most any schedule. We know that your time is important and we will work to ensure your visit is scheduled as professionally and quickly as possible. We are available earlier or later any day if requested.

Saturday By Appointment Only

Commitment
We are commited to reserving the requested time for you to serve you in a timely manner. If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.

Emergency and After Office Hours
Dental emergencies are never convenient or timely. At Ladera Dentistry we are committed to our patients dental health no matter what time of day or night.

Financing: Making your Smile Investment
We want you to have affordable, long term oral health care, and we are committed to working with you to make this a reality. We work closely with financing agencies, such as Care Credit which will allow you to pay over a period of time with little or no interest. In cases of financial hardship, we will work with you to prioritize your treatment needs. Payment for initial emergency service is required at the time the services are rendered.

Insurance
As a courtesy, our office will be happy to submit to your insurance company for services rendered, but do ask that you pay your estimated portion at the time of service.
