Meet Doctors...

Mai X. Ly, DDS

Dr. Mai X. Ly, DDS is a graduate from the University Of Southern California, Los Angeles.  Dr. Mai furthered her education at Columbia University, New York in the Advanced Education General Denistry (AEGD) residency.  During her residency, she enjoyed exploring the city and the wonderful food, as well as enhanced her training in implantology and cosmetics.  She has been practicing general dentistry since graduating from dental school in 2006.

Dr. Mai has expanded training in cosmetic dentistry, treatment planning, implant esthetics and restoration.  She also belongs to the American Dental Association, The Academy of General Dentists, California Dental Association as well as her local dental societies. 

Dr. Mai enjoys practicing family dentistry and working with patients of all ages.  She especially enjoys providing dental care for children.  Dr. Mai puts patients at ease with her calm style of dentistry and keeps her patients comfortable while she restores their oral health.  Dr. Mai is very detail oriented, gentle, and compassionate.  She strives to provide the best quality dental care for all her patients. 

She enjoys being outdoors, scrapbooking and crafts.  When she's not working, she loves taking vacations.  She loves to be around her family and friends and enjoys what she does.

Kim H. Ly, DMD 

Kim H. Ly, DMD graduated from Boston University School of Dental Medicine and then went to complete her hospital residency at St. Barnabas Hospital in New York.  During her residency program, Dr. Kim was able to refine her skills in treatment planning, implant restoration, endodontics, and prosthodontics.  Upon completing all her dental education and training, Dr. Kim went into private practice in Manhattan, NY.  Family is most important to Dr. Kim and that is what brought her back to Orange County to join Dr. Mai and Dr. Oanh at Ladera Dentistry. 

 Dr. Kim is an active memeber of the Academy of General Dentists, the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the Orange County Dental Association. 

By treating all her patients with compassion and kindness, Dr. Kim is able to gain the trust she believes is the key ingredient in a GREAT patient-doctor relationship.  Dr. Kim strives to help her patients achieve their optimal oral health because she believes superior oral health leads to superior overall health.         

In her spare time, Dr. Kim enjoys baking/cooking, yelping - trying new restaurants, outdoor activities, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

 Oanh T. Ly, DDS 

Oanh T. Ly, DDS graduated from the Univerisity of Southern California in 2000.  Dr. Oanh has been practicing dentistry ever since she graduated. 

Dr. Oanh's warm, genuine personality and excellent clinical skills help young and old alike feel confident and comfortable in her dental chair. Dr. Oanh provides comprehensive family dental care, and has special interest in areas of cosmetic dentistry and preventative dentistry.

She's been practicing for nearly ten years, and for Dr. Oanh, dentistry is an art. To apply the most advanced treatment for her patients, Dr. Oanh has advanced her skills in many CE course.  Dr. Oanh is a member of the American Dental Association, The Academy of General Dentists and belongs to her state and local dental societies.

Dr. Oanh lives in Orange County with her husband and two kids.  She enjoys family vacations, crafts and cooking.
